Orders are processed M-F Only.

Once your order is placed, depending on the nature of the order ( I.e. Wigs orders  and orders with custom color will take longer to process), orders can take up to 14 business days process and be shipped.

 

 There is another 1-3 days window for delivery.

Once your order is handed to the shipping facility we are not responsible for any packages. That means that all responsibility is there for handed over to the United States Post Office.

there are no refunds or exchanges on any of our products.

We have the right to refuse any exchanges once your order is placed.

However if you notice your product to be defective or not to your liking please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. please contact us via email with the issue and we will determine if an exchange is possible.

​we do not allow an exchange at all if hair is combed and brushed wet or processed in any way what should not be cut or taken out of the wrapper for any reason.

That means no fingers combing brushing or Co washing.
